- 12.45 – Departure by bus from the conference venue – Scandic Falkoner
- 14.00 – Arrival at ESS in Lund, Sweden
- 14.00-17.00 – Guided tour of ESS
- 17.00 – Departure by bus from ESS
- 18.15 – Arrival at conference venue – Scandic Falkoner
